Your case comes with a black background, but the paper insert in your package is actually a second color option: solid red on one side. It's pre-cut to fit perfectly.
If your case is fully assembled, just unscrew the bolts at the back to detach the back panel from the case body, slide the paper insert in between, realign, and screw everything back in. Now you have a red background!
